Loved the free WiFi, now I can post all my fancy cottage pics on Instagram! And the barbecue facilities, because who doesn't enjoy burning their food outside?
Oh, how I missed the sweet sound of the washing machine and microwave, that's something I don't get to experience every day.

The cottage was well-stocked with all the essentials, including a lovely welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter. The owner was also very efficient and responsive in her communication. The cottage's location was great for walks and local transport, with a pub within easy walking distance. it had everything we needed for a cozy Christmas stay.
The mattress in the eaves room was not very comfortable for two people, as it kept rolling into the middle. the cushions for the garden furniture had been left outside, resulting in them being wet when we arrived.
